Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez‘s home has hit the market.
The divorcing duo’s Beverly Hills mansion (some photos embedded below) has been posted on Zillow.
Asking price: $68 million — and that doesn’t include its $1,100-a-day tax bill, as first reported by The New York Post.
Sometimes, when high-end celebrity property gets listed, the reaction is “that much … for that?”
This is not one of those times. The 38,000 square foot house — dubbed Crestview Manor — sits on five acres and is a tasteful stunner with open floor plans, mountain views, a large pool, 12-car garage and rather cool “indoor sports complex” that includes a state-of-the-art gym, boxing ring and pickleball court.

There are also 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms — so, yes, two bathrooms per bedroom. So you could use a different bathroom every day for nearly a month if so desired. Only one of the 24 is shown in the Zillow ad and it contains a traditional soaking tub and steam shower (imagine selling your home and it’s so big and has so many lavish rooms and features that you can just leave out 23 bathrooms from the listing’s photos).
The house was built in 2000, so it’s also a relatively modern property for the area.
An interesting detail: There is a vintage movie poster shown in the living room and it’s the perhaps aptly titled 1957 comedy The Prince and the Showgirl, which starred Marilyn Monroe and Laurence Olivier.
The house is saddled with hefty estimated annual tax bill of $402,234, along with a surprisingly low HOA fee of only $667 a month.
Earlier this month, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck and revealed they have been separated since April. They have been married since July 2022. Affleck has reportedly purchased a comparatively humble $25 million Los Angeles mansion for himself.
