Five additional sexual assault charges were filed against actor Gabriel Olds in Los Angeles this week related to claims brought by three new victims.
Olds, whose credits include Six Feet Under, NCIS and The Eyes of Tammy Faye, was charged one count of forcible rape, two counts of forcible oral copulation, one count of sexual penetration by use of force and one count of sodomy by use of force. These bring the total number of charges against him to 12. He had previously been charged for allegedly assaulting three women whom he dated in the Los Angeles area between 2013-2023.

The actor was arrested in early August, following a warrant issued by L.A. Superior Court for $3.5 million. The district attorney charged him with seven counts of sexual assault after a 41-year-old woman alleged that he’d raped her in her L.A. home. After that claim, two other women alleged to police that Olds had raped them in incidents dating back to 2013.
The first seven charges filed included rape, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape, and injury on a girlfriend or significant other. At that time, police said they were searching for more potential victims, as Olds have traveled frequently throughout his career.
With the initial charges, Olds faced a maximum sentence of life in prison.
“The pain and suffering these victims have endured is beyond words and no one should ever experience such a betrayal of trust. Consent is never optional,” District Attorney Gascón said in an Aug. 8 press release. “The alleged actions of Mr. Olds are utterly inexcusable and a grave violation of these women’s rights. We are steadfast in our commitment to prosecute this case and ensure that the offender is held fully accountable. Our Bureau of Victim Services remains ready to assist the survivors with trauma-informed services as they navigate the difficult road to healing.”
