Carly Thomas has been an Associate Editor for online at The Hollywood Reporter since November 2022. After graduating from Elon University with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she worked for three years as a Digital Content Producer/Lead Digital Producer for WSOC-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was won an Emmy Award, as well as three Emmy nominations, for her digital contribution to story coverage. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue entertainment news at THR.
